Favorite Nonwork Activities: Outside of my clinical and educational interests, I enjoy being outdoors as much as possible! The beach is my happy place (southern CA girl through and through), coffee shops are my safe havens, and I am always down for a game night and dinner with friends – despite my inability to cook anything other than oatmeal. Hot yoga is my most preferred form of self-care, as well as my reality t.v. binge watching!
